3 - Piece Free Flow Design

Provide excellent screw recovery rates and allow color changes to be made easily, Large, self-cleaning flow paths minimize residence time. This design is an industry standard and is widely excepted for all GP materials as well as Shear and compression sensitive materials. This design is also excellent for glass filled material and easy cleaning.

The 3 Piece Screw Tip is the Standard of the industry. It allows for very easy cleaning and lower cost. With this design allows great shut off capabilities and fast change over. The 3 Piece Screw Tip is recommended by most material suppliers and gives a molder the flexibility to work very well on most any application.

3 - 4 Piece Locking Tip Assemblies
The Locking design can come with 3 or 4 piece designs. The locking ring design allows for the ring to rotate with the Screw it will stop ware between the ring and the seat. This Screw Tip will give long life and has excellent shot off capabilities.

4 - Piece Free Low Design

This design provides the same benefits as the 3 - Piece Design but can give less replacement costs. The ware is in the seats and ring and not in the body, so the when it comes time to replace this tip you may only replace the three smaller components. It also has large, easy-cleaning flow paths minimize residence time.

The Ball Check Valve give the normal benefits that is has since it's inception. Quick and positive shot off. With this design you will clean quickly and add the benefit of drop in flow and no dead heading.

We don't like to recommend the ball check but for those applications that need it our design will work very well. We have also increased the flow area significantly to flow well with HDPE, Nylon and styrene.
